Personalised & Custom-Made Products
All items sold by Magnetic Moments are custom-made or personalised. Because of this, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide replacements unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us withinย 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo evidence of the issue.

Once we have reviewed the photos and confirmed the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Return Window
Faulty items must be reported and requested for review within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.
Return Postage
Postage is not required unless requested by Magnetic Moments. In most cases, photo evidence will be sufficient, and you will not need to send the item back.
Non-Faulty Items
We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for:
